After graduating from the University of Toronto, Norair entered the real estate business. A certified instructor with the OREA Real Estate College since 1988 to 2021 (33 years). Norair has

since 1982 leased, managed, purchased, sold, developed and syndicated commercial and high-end residential properties for clients,  investors, tenants, families and family offices.

Norair has served on numerous elected and voluntary board of directors; from TREB's Executive Commercial Council, Rotary International, AGBU.

           Norair is a past president of the Metro East Chamber of Commerce 1995-1996.

Norair writes on a variety of Blog sites on investment real estate, property ownership, real estate investment analysis and shares his perspective on the economic consequences of regulations, planning matters and monetary policy and commercial lending practices.
